Law Clerk:

We are seeking Law Students who want to get their foot in the door and jumpstart their career in law.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, evaluates, and analyzes briefs, petitions, motions, and other pertinent documents filed in a particular case in order to determine legal issues, scope and complexity of issues raised, and factual accuracy.
  • Conducts independent legal research for relevant cases, statutes, court rules, secondary sources not cited by parties, issues raised by writ petitions, legislative history and intent of particular statutes.
  • Reads and applies cases, statutes, constitutional provisions, and rules of court cited by parties.
  • Prepares written statements of facts.
  • Drafts and edits court orders, conference memoranda, requests for supplemental briefing, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in law school
  • Some familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: Starting at $22 per hour

Paralegal:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys’ business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Communicate with clients and opposing parties
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state local rules
  • Record and store client information

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Paralegal Certificate
  • MUST HAVE FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE.
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Pay: Salaried Position $65,000 – 90,000 DOE

Attorney:

We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Generous quarterly bonus packages with annual raises!

Pay: Salaried $80,000 – $200,000 DOE

Managing Attorney:

We are seeking an Experienced Family Law Managing Attorney to open our Folsom Office!

You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. But you will also manage your own office!

  • Represent clients in court
  • Managing your own office and staff
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in law – Preferably a minimum of 5-7 years of Family Law Experience
  • Previous experience running your own firm highly preferred
  • Strong familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have emotional intelligence and the ability to make mindful business decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
